Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Fifth Ray System Pvt. Ltd., we value transparency and strive to deliver the best services to our clients. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to understand how we manage service discontinuation and refund requests.
1. Service Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of any ongoing service by submitting a written notice to our support team at [insert support email] at least 7 days before the next billing cycle or project milestone.
For one-time project-based services (like website design, video creation, etc.), cancellations are only accepted before the work has begun. Once the work has commenced, cancellations will not be entertained.
Monthly retainer or subscription-based services (like SEO, Social Media, PPC, etc.) require a 15-day prior notice for cancellation. Services already delivered within that period will be chargeable.
2. Refund Policy
We believe in fair service delivery. However, due to the nature of digital marketing and service-based solutions, refunds will be considered only under specific circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
If a cancellation is made before any work has started.
If the service delivered is not as per the mutually agreed scope and the issue is not resolved within 7 days of written notification.
If the client has made a double payment by mistake.
Not Eligible for Refund:
Services that are already delivered or in progress.
Delays caused due to incomplete client inputs or delayed approvals.
Custom packages, third-party service costs (like domain, hosting, paid tools), or consultations.
3. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted, depending on the work completed and resources already allocated. This will be at the sole discretion of Fifth Ray System Pvt. Ltd. management.
4. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the transaction.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
